Dubai—Members of the Gulf Cooperation Council, which include OPEC giant Saudi Arabia, should consider scrapping the peg to the dollar and floating their currencies to avoid the impact on their economies of an increasingly volatile greenback, the National Bank of Dubai said in its latest report.
