Russia's Gazprom has increased its cost estimate for the Turk Stream gas pipeline project to some ?7 billion ($8.6 billion) and expects to finance it with its own funds rather than by attracting external project financing as previously planned, Deputy CEO Andrei Kruglov said Thursday.
