A one year old female Bokhara Trumpeter pigeon was brought to Teaching Veterinary Clinical Complex, Mannuthy with history of swelling on the ventral abdomen since one week. Egg bound condition was diagnosed and bird was stabilized for surgery. Surgical removal of impacted resorbed egg was resorted under ketamine anaesthesia. The bird had an uneventful recovery.
