Two UK-based organisations have lodged a complaint with the EU Ombudsman, P Nikiforos Diamandouros, over the European Commission's failure to conduct a "complete and appropriate" impact assessment on the proposed revision of the EU agrochemical registration Directive (91/414). The complaint was filed by the UK crop production organisation, the BCPC, and the Royal Agricultural Society of England.
