摘要

Ribosomal components and tRNA of E. coli TG1 producing a recombinant enzyme, glucose isomerase, were monitored by asymmetrical flow field-flow fractionation. The growth temperatures were 20, 30 and 37 degrees C. Results indicate a correlation between translational capacity and the amount obtained of the recombinant enzyme. Highest yield was obtained when cultivating at 30 degrees C.
