摘要

Leaving a job is an accepted, if not slightly uncomfortable, rite of passage and a necessary step along the road to continued professional growth. If you're about to jump ship, you're not alone. In March, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics counted nearly 4.5 million "separations" or measures of job turnover.Maybe you're unhappy. Research shows a dislike for the boss, lack of empowerment, internal politics, and lack of recognition—in that order—cause most departures.2 Or maybe you've found your golden opportunity and you can't possibly ignore it.
