摘要

A total of five hundred and twelve samples of buffalo meat & edible offal collected from slaughter house of Mathura, Agra and Aligarh were screened for various micro-organisms. A total one hundred and sixty-three isolates could be recovered from various samples, out of which seventy six food poisoning causing bacteria were isolated which comprised of Salmonella Spp, Shigella dysenteriae, E. coli, Staphylococcus, and Bacillus cereus.
