This September the UK's HACCP Training Standards Steering Group (TSSG) announced its "Advanced Training Standard in HACCP Principles and their Application". This Training Standard is the second to be published by the Steering Group. It is the long awaited complement to the Training Standard at "Introductory" level, published in 1995 and reported in IFSN in April of that year.
