This notice announces the US Environmental Protection Agency's(EPA)receipt of several initial filing of pesticide petitions(PPs)proposing the establishment or modification of regulations for residues of pesticide chemicals in or on various commodities.PP 8E7372 from Dow AgroSciences LLC,9330 Zionsville Road,Indianapolis,IN,USA,proposes to establish an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance in 40 CFR 180.910 and 40 CFR 180.930 for residues of sodium monoalkyl and dialkyl(C6-C16)phenoxybenzenedisulfonates and related acids when used as,but not limited to use as,a surfactant as a pesticide inert ingredient in pesticide formulations with limits up to 20% of the pesticide formulation.
