On 9/1/11, ANR Pipeline Co. (CP11-543) applied to FERC for an order permitting and approving the abandonment by sale to TC Offshore LLC of certain onshore facilities located in Louisiana and Texas, and certain offshore supply facilities located in state and federal waters offshore Louisiana and offshore Texas in the Gulf of Mexico. TC Offshore LLC (CP11-544) submitted an abbreviated application seeking 1) a certificate authorizing TC Offshore to acquire, own and operate said natural gas pipeline facilities from ANR; 2) a blanket construction certificate authorizing certain routine construction, operation and abandonment activities; and 3) a blanket transportation certificate authorizing TC Offshore to provide open access transportation on behalf of others. TC Offshore requested a final order granting the certificate by 5/1/12. The buyer anticipates it will have its internal systems in place and will be able to commence operations immediately following this approval date.
