While most of the horticultural farms in Kenya are in the process of reducing usage of agrochemicals, complete organic production without chemicals is still rare. One of the companies which took the step towards fresh organic produce is Sunripe. It shows that it is feasible despite the labour intensity, but the view should be long term and not one of a quick profit.
