摘要

The Gleeble 3500 combines thermal-mechanical test systems with Windows-based digital control system that researchers can readily configure to meet their own particular needs. Capable of heating specimens at 10 000 deg C/sec and applying loads of as much as 22 000lb of force, the Gleeble 3500 allows investigators to precisely simulate and model production processes on a laboratory scale. Gleeble systems are in use throughout the world to study and optimise: Rolling mill operations Continuous casting (melting and solidification) CCT and TTT diagrams with and without prior strain heat-affected zone (HAZ) Upset butt welding Diffusion bonding Forging and extrusion Heat treatment Sintering Stress relaxation Physical properties at elevated temperatures.
