After forty (40) years in the New York-New Jersey area, Excalibur Mineral Corporation is relocating to Charlottesville, Virginia in May, 2013. As publishers of Mineral News, the production and mailing operations of this periodical are also relocating to Virginia, although the editorial office will remain in New York. DespiteNew York State's recent publicity campaign that touts the State's purported attractiveness to new business start-ups and expansions, taxes in the State remain extraordinarily high.
