摘要

A new hearing has been set for Apr. 27. SoCalGas called the court ruling a 'setback for the community of Porter Ranch. It is important to note that the Court of Appeal made no decision on the merits, and instead sent the case back to the Superior Court for further proceeding.' The utility said air samples show no contamination in and around the neighborhood, which is located next to the Aliso Canyon natural gas storage site. The facility was the site of a major natural gas leak from Oct. 23 through mid-February that vented an estimated 100,000 tons of methane.
