摘要

Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers among women worldwide. Cyclin D1 and cyclin E are frequently overexpressed in breast cancers. Cyclin D1 is overexpressed in ~45% of breast cancers, and cyclin E is overexpressed in -30% of breast cancers.1 Cyclin D or cyclin E overexpression is often found in aggressive breast cancers. Several studies have shown that overexpression of cyclin E or amplification of the cyclin D1 gene is associated with a poor outcome.
