A panel of industry stakeholders presented an array of views at a Senate hearing on TSCA reform last week with one overarching theme: the law needs to be updated and doing so can be beneficial to U.S. businesses. The March 9 hearing of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee's Subcommittee on Superfund, Toxics and Environmental Health is the third and last Senate hearing to be held in the 111th Congress on TSCA reform before a bill is introduced.
