In the Aug.15 Federal Register (71 FR 46911),EPA issued a notice announcing that Syngenta Crop Protection,Inc.,Greensboro,N.C.,has filed a pesticide petition proposing to amend § 180.220 by establishing a tolerance for residues of the herbicide atrazine in or on vegetable,leafy,except Brassica,Group 4,at 0.60 ppm.
