Early exposure to low doses of Bisphenol A causes genetic changes that may increase the risk of prostate cancer later in life,according to a new study published last week.The study,by researchers at the University of Illinois at Chicago and the University of Cincinnati,found that newborn rats exposed to the chemical suffered permanent structural damage to the genes in their prostate cells.
