Oslo-Camillo Eitzen & Co. (CECO) has entered into a heads of agreement with private investment firm Jaccar Holdings to establish a joint venture to operate in the ethylene shipping sector. CECO currently has eight ethylene gas carriers, as well as other related business activities, that are operated by its Eitzen Gas subsidiary. In preparation for the venture with Jaccar, Eitzen Gas will be re-named Eitzen Ethylene Carriers.
