摘要

The dependence of the critical current density on the temperature and magnetic field of a dip-coated Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+delta (Bi-2212) superconducting tape was calculated. The model took into account the effects of the thermal driving forces and the disordered nature of the pinning centres on the pinning potentials and consequently on the critical current densities. An expression for the effective pinning range in terms of the material parameters was derived and found to be d(pin) approximate to xi(1+delta(0)lambda(delta 0)/l(44)) where the quantity delta(0) is the ratio of the magnetic interaction energy to the elastic energy of the vortex lattice. The analysis provides the possibility that physically observed potentials controlling the motion of the vortices are temperature and field dependent and vary in different temperature ranges. The results of the model were compared with recent reported measurements on the Bi-2212 superconducting tape and good agreements are reproduced. [References: 12]
