Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) is a buffer solution commonlyused in biological research because as it is supposed to be a normal environmentfor the cells. We proved that red blood cells (RBC) fluctuations cease to be normalfluctuations when RBCs are suspended in PBS. The investigation was performedby Detrended Fluctuation Analysis (DFA).
