The present invention relates to a photovoltaic solar panel provided with heat dissipating elements for improving its solar energy transformation efficiency in electrical energy. For decreasing the temperature of the solar cells, the heat transfers by at least one thin heat conducting strip containing artificial graphite and high thermal conductivity disposed on the opposite side of the panel receiving the solar radiation. The heat transfers by said strip into one or more heat dissipating elements formed of a polymer material of high thermal conductivity in the range of between 15W/m2K to 25W/m2K, which possesses sufficient thermal contact with the plastic tape graphite using an adhesive. The efficiency of conversion of solar radiation to electrical energy increases of between 1% and 4% added to the effectiveness of the panels without heat dissipation.
