PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer name displaying device capable of facilitating confirmation of the name of a customer for reducing a necessary time for the confirmation when a user requests a collective recording regarding a recording request.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, a customer name displaying device includes: a storing unit that stores, in association with each other, user identification information for identifying a user, and a customer name that is the name of the user corresponding to the user identification information; an input unit to input a collective recording request for requesting a collective recording of multiple electronically recorded credits; a reading unit that reads the customer name corresponding to each piece of the user identification information for each of the electronically recorded credits from the storing unit; and a customer name displaying unit which associates the user identification information with the customer name to create a confirmation screen, and outputs the confirmation screen to a terminal of the user who has given the recording request.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
