PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursing skill learning support system for enabling a learner to effectively learn, and for enabling an instructor to efficiently and appropriately evaluate the learner.SOLUTION: In a nursing skill learning support system in which a terminal 10 for a learner is connected via a network to a terminal 20 for an instructor, the terminal 10 for the learner includes: learning content acquisition means for acquiring learning content including an operation manual moving image related to a nursing skill photographed in a facility to which a learner belongs; and practical skill photographed moving image transmission means for transmitting the practical skill photographed moving image information of the learner photographed at the same place as the operation manual moving image along the movement of the operation manual moving image. The terminal 20 for the instructor includes: practical skill moving image acquisition means for acquiring the practical skill photographed moving image information of the learner; and manual moving image acquisition means for acquiring the operation manual moving image information.
