PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collision possibility determination device, a collision possibility determination method and a program capable of improving accuracy in predicting collision possibility.SOLUTION: The collision possibility determination device comprises: a categorization section for categorizing a movement state of a moving object on the basis of a movement history of the moving object; an estimation section for estimating a future position of the moving object on the basis of a plurality of future movement state candidates acquired by expanding the movement state categorized by the categorization section to a movement state different from the movement state categorized by the categorization section; and a determination section for determining the collision possibility for the moving object on the basis of an estimated result by means of the estimation section.
