The present invention relates to a method for culturing two stalks. In a plant grown for 15 to 35 days, a leptocaul part between a cotyledon thereof and a foliage leave disposed above the cotyledon is cut so that the growth of a leptocaul is restricted and two stalks grow from the cotyledon part. Accordingly, the stalks grow at the same height towards both sides from the leptocaul, so the stalks and leaves can grow to have similar thicknesses. Therefore, compared to existing leptocaul culturing, many fruits can be simultaneously harvested through the two stalk culturing. The maintenance is also easy because fruits are similarly grown from the two stalks. Moreover, as for grafting, particular properties of a parent stalk such as plant resistance can be maintained, so the marketability of the fruits can be improved.
