摘要

PURPOSE: A particle flux irradiation method is provided to calculate distribution of a charged particle flux in its early stage by suppressing degradation of accuracy and relieving a burden of calculation processing. CONSTITUTION: A charged particle flux simulation device includes an input unit(31) accepting input of simulation data including material information of an irradiation target object and irradiation information of the charged particle flux, a calculation unit(33) calculating distribution of the charged particle flux inside of the irradiation target object based on the simulation data accepted in the input unit and the distribution kernel of the charged particle flux. The calculation unit classifies the charged particle flux spread to the specific range from the mid-point of the propagation direction of the charged particles flux, and assumed a plurality of virtual shapes having spread of an awl shape based on the classified location as a new start point and calculates the distribution of the charged particles flux in the irradiation target object based on the simulation data accepted in the input unit and a plurality of virtual shapes of the charged particles flux.
