PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marker having specificity for colorectal cancer liver metastasis, to provide an analysis method for identifying the presence/absence of colorectal cancer liver metastasis, and further to provide a medicine target for treating colorectal cancer liver metastasis.;SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a marker including a protein identified from a colorectal tissue of a patient of colorectal cancer liver metastasis. In the marker, an expression is significantly exasperated in a patient of colorectal cancer liver metastasis in comparison with a patient of colorectal cancer without liver metastasis. The invention also relates to an analysis method of the colorectal cancer liver metastasis marker for measuring an expression level of the colorectal cancer liver metastasis in a specimen, and evaluating the expression level on the basis of a criterion level of the colorectal cancer liver metastasis.
