The present invention relates to a water purification process for removing all kinds of foreign matter included in water, under the influence of specific gravity and gravity, by passing contaminated freshwater or sea water between low portions of a partition and driving an agitator at the same time to purify the water into clean water. More specifically, the present invention relates to a total environmentally friendly process for purifying tap water that is introduced into a water tank into clean water or purifying contaminated river water into clean water as well as purifying seawater into clean drinking water.
