PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-junction thin film solar cell improved in characteristics by providing a new structure arranged between mutually adjacent photoelectric conversion layers and exhibiting an action effect of intermediate reflection, and also to provide a solar cell module equipped with the same, improved in characteristics.;SOLUTION: The multi-junction solar cell includes at least two or more photoelectric conversion layers 3 and 5, wherein intermediate reflection structures 8 made of metal particles, surfaces thereof being oxidized, are distributed in a lamination region 4 formed between the mutually adjacent photoelectric conversion layers, and in a state of islands along a plane direction of the lamination region.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
