The component has a blocking layer e.g. electrons blocking layer located between a p doped hole transport layer and an active layer e.g. photon absorbing zone, or hole blocking layer located between the active layer and an n-doped electron transport layer. The blocking layer is composed of two materials. The active layer e.g. emission layer is doped with fluorescent dopant and phosphorescent. The hole blocking layer is realized from a material chosen form a tris 8-hydroxyquinoline doped biphasic calcium phosphate ,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline doped with tris 8-hydroxyquinoline, 7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline doped with biphasic calcium phosphate and biphasic calcium phosphate doped with tris 8-hydroxyquinoline. The electron blocking layer is realized in a material chosen from N'-diphenyl-N,N'-bis(1-naphthyl)(1,1'-biphenyl)-4,4'diamine (NPB) doped with N,N'-diphenyl-N,N'-bis(1-naphthyl)(1,1'-biphenyl)-,4'diamine (TPD), 2,2',7,7'-tetrakis (diphenylamino)-9,9'-spirobifluorene (Spiro TAD) doped with N'-diphenyl-N,N'-bis(1-naphthyl)(1,1'-biphenyl)-4,4'diamine (NPB).
