One international online educates matching system and a kind of method is provided to educating consumers' information about education provider thus, by searching for the expected education provider from the worldwide connection by communication network. One international online education matched pair technique includes the following steps:: receiving information about education provider and about the information of educating consumers (S11); Pass through predetermined category (S13) classification/storage received information; Determine whether the information retrieval requests from education provider or educating consumers or is not received (S14); If so, about an educating consumers with the information about an education provider according to the match information of expected education condition (S15); Match information is transmitted to education provider or educating consumers (S16).
