PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent transfer of a right to receive services to an improper person.;SOLUTION: A right transfer system includes: a transfer source terminal 102 transferring the right to receive the services to a transfer destination terminal 101; and a management server 103 communicable with the transfer source terminal 102. The transfer source terminal 102 decides whether attribute information of a user of the transfer destination terminal 101 included in right transfer request information transmitted from the transfer destination terminal 101 satisfies a service provision condition, and transmits right transfer permission information for permitting the transfer of the right to receive the services to the transfer destination terminal 101 when deciding that the attribute information satisfies it.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
