PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal radiation device which provides at least two sleeve tubes joined with each other and extend in the longitudinal direction, are translucent to visible light and infrared rays, are sealed against ambient atmosphere, of which, at least the first sleeve tube has a spiral incandescent body connected electrically to an outside energy supply part through a sealed tube end part and an outer connecting terminals and that has infrared ray emitting equipment and another emitting equipment improved which can quickly dry a coating body or a printed body formed by color pigments in a solvent and at the same time quickly evaporate the solvent simultaneously.;SOLUTION: Second sleeve tube 3 having a radiation band 10 is provided, and the radiation band 10 is connected electrically to an outside energy supply part through sealed end parts 15, 16 and outer connecting terminals 17, 18.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
