PURPOSE:To attain operation simple for everybody, by assigning one character only for one key, arranging characters in Japanese syllabary and alphabetical order at the center, and arranging operation keys around the character keys. CONSTITUTION:Important keys have wider area and collected at the right and lower sides. Hiragana(round form a Kana) and Katakana(square form of Kana) in Japanese syllabary order are arranged longitudinally left to right. Periods and numerals are collected at the right and lower sides. Characters and symbols used generally other than Kanji(Chinese character) are all provided on this mesh keyboard. In producing a Kanji, first the pronunciation is inputted in Hiragana, and the corresponding Kanji is selected by using the conversion key. In this case, the inputted characters and Kanji are displayed on the display.
