    • 摘要: 为研究强磁场对卟啉类化合物的影响,以四苯基卟啉(TPP)为研究对象,比较分析了无外加磁场和强磁场条件下TPP的结晶,及Co2+、Zn2+与TPP的配位反应.采用X射线粉末衍射测试不同磁场强度下获得的TPP晶体,紫外分光光度计快速测定了不同磁场强度下配合物产率,并分析了配位反应的动力学.TPP的结晶度随磁场强度的增强而提高,晶体尺寸随磁场强度的增加而增大;随磁场的增强,四苯基钴卟啉(CoTPP)和四苯基锌卟啉(ZnTPP)的产率下降,但两者的反应动力学不受磁场影响,其反应速率随磁场强度提高而下降.由研究结果可知,强磁场有利于四苯基卟啉的结晶取向,四苯基卟啉在溶液中垂直于磁场取向是配位反应速率降低的主要原因,随磁场强度的增加,四苯基卟啉的取向程度提高.

    • 摘要: 采用DFT和TD-DFT方法研究了取代基对meso-四苯基卟啉(H2TPP)的八种衍生物几何结构,振动频率及电子光谱的相关影响.研究发现在四个苯环上引入各种取代基后,只有衍生物8受到了较轻微的影响,总体而言对卟啉环的中心结构造成变形较小,主要影响的是Cm原子.由于衍生物8具有甲氧基亚氨基这种强的电子给体基团,其HOMO和LUMO能级显著增加,前线轨道能隙值降低到4.49eV,提高了Q带(500~750nm)的强度,电子从取代基到卟啉环上的转移会产生持续的紫外至红外吸收光谱,因此该衍生物在太阳能电池中可作为高效的卟啉类感光剂.

    • 摘要: Deactivated photosensitizer 5-[4-N-(2,4 dinitrobenzene) sulfonamidophenyl]-10,15,20-triphenyl porphyrin (TPP-DNB) was successfully constructed through the reaction formed thiol-sensitive sulfonamide bond between 2,4-dinitrobenzenesulfonyl chloride (DNBS) and 5-(4-aminophenyl)-10,15,20-triphenylporphyrin (TPP-NH2).The structure of TPP-DNB was characterized by 1H-NMR,13C-NMR in CDCl3 and elemental analysis.In addition,the compound had a melting point of 205 °C.It was a brand new activable photosensitizer,whose fluorescence and singlet oxygen (1O2) of the photosensitizer were significantly quenched by 2,4 dinitrobenzene (DNB) motif and re activated under the stimulation of dithiothreitol (DTT) or glutathione (GSH).The UV-visible absorption spectrum showed that TPP-DNB had a strong absorption peak at 425 nm (S band) and a weak but broad absorption band at 500-600 nm (Q band),which indicated that the compound had the similar absorption capacity as tetraphenylporphyrin (TPP) for UV light.The fluorescence intensity of TPP-DNB in PBS/DMF(99/1,volume ratio) at the wavelength of about 660 nm was very weak and significantly quenched by DNB primers compared to TPP's.The fluorescence intensity of TPP-DNB in the presence of DTT or GSH was gradually recovered with the increase of time and showed a tendency of strengthening,indicating that the fluorescence of TPP-DNB had a rapid stimulus response to thiols.The singlet oxygen yield of TPP-DNB was measured using DPBF as a capture reagent for 1O2.The results of 1O2 test showed that the singlet oxygen yield of TPP-DNB was 0.118 while elevated to 0.614 in the presence of DTT,which was close to that of the referencesubstance tetraphenylporphyrin (TPP) (0.62).These results indicated that singlet oxygen of the photosensitizer TPP-DNB was significantly inactivated and had thiol stimulated activation,which provided a new method for the design and development of activable photosensitizer.%将2,4-二硝基苯磺酰氯(DNBS)与5-(4-氨基苯基)-10,15,20-三苯基卟啉(TPP-NH2)通过对硫醇敏感的磺酰胺键键合,成功构建了一种失活型光敏剂5-[4 N-(2,4-二硝基苯)磺酰胺基苯基]-10,15,20-三-苯基卟啉(TPP-DNB).该光敏剂的荧光和单线态氧(1O 2)被2,4-二硝基苯(DNB)基元有效猝灭,而在二硫苏糖醇(DTT)或谷胱甘肽(GSH)的刺激下能重新激活.通过荧光光谱检测确认TPP-DNB的荧光被DNB基元明显猝灭并且在硫醇存在下逐渐恢复.单线态氧检测结果表明TPP-DNB的单线态氧量子产率为0.118;而在DTT刺激下能达到0.614,接近参比物四苯基卟啉(TPP)的量子产率(0.62);这说明光敏剂TPP-DNB的单线态氧显著失活并具有硫醇刺激激活性.

    • 摘要: 分析了四苯基卟啉(Tetraphenylporphyrin,TPP)与镉(Ⅱ)的显色反应条件和应用情况.结果表明,在表面活性剂Tween-80、辅助配合剂邻菲啰啉和pH=10.1的硼砂-氢氧化钠缓冲介质中,Cd(Ⅱ)与TPP经沸水浴加热10 min即可完全络合,吸收峰在437.2 nm达到最大值,Cd(Ⅱ)含量在0~7μg/25 mL范围内呈线性关系,表观摩尔吸光系数ε437.2=3.43×105 L· mol-1· cm-1,显色体系具有理想的选择性及灵敏度,可用于面粉、湖水中痕量Cd(Ⅱ)的测定.

    • 摘要: 利用Alder法合成了四苯基卟啉并进行了表征;用匀胶机将一定浓度的四苯基卟啉溶液做成薄膜固定在钾离子(K+)交换玻璃光波导表面,研制了高灵敏的四苯基卟啉薄膜/K+-交换玻璃光波导传感器,并对挥发性有机气体进行检测。实验结果表明,在室温下该传感器对低浓度的苯乙烯、二甲苯、甲苯等蒸气具有一定的响应,其中对二甲苯的响应最大,能检测到1×10-6(V/V0)的二甲苯蒸气。%Tetraphenylporphyrin is synthesized by using Alder method and discussed its structural characterization;the tetraphenylporphyrin film was deposited onto the surface of single mode potassium ion(K+)exchanged glass opti⁃cal waveguide(OWG)by spin coating,the OWG sensors were fixed on the gas sensor system to detect volatile organ⁃ic compound gases. The experimental results showed that sensors have high repeatability and selectivity towards lower concentration styrene,xylene,toluene gases at room temperature,wherein tetraphenylporphyrin film has bet⁃ter respond to the xylene gas.

    • 摘要: 采用Adler法以吡咯为原料,在丙酸和硝基苯的催化下与苯甲醛缩合成功合成了四苯基卟啉,并对合成工艺进行了优化,研究了反应时间、反应物用量比对四苯基卟啉收率的影响,结果表明反应时间4小时、反应物苯甲醛与吡咯用量比为1.1:1时,四苯基卟啉的产率较高为38%,以红外光谱、氢核磁共振谱、荧光分光光度计、紫外分光光度仪对产物进行了表征。

    • 摘要: 以吡咯、苯甲醛为主要原料,合成得到四苯基卟啉;将其经硝化、还原、磺化反应处理,又分别得到5-(4-硝基苯基)-10,15,20-三苯基卟啉、5-(4-氨基苯基)-10,15,20-三苯基卟啉、5-(4-氨基苯基)-10,15,20-三(4-磺酸钠苯基)卟啉3种不同取代四苯基卟啉化合物,借助元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱等手段对所合成的4种化合物进行了表征。采用紫外-可见光谱法、荧光光谱法以及循环伏安法对4种化合物的光谱性质和电化学性质进行了探究,并讨论了不同取代基的影响。%Teraphenylporphyrin and three kinds of its derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of nitration ,reduction ,sulfonation using pyrrole and benzaldehyde as the starting materials ,the struc-ture of four kinds of target compounds were identified by elemental analysis ,IR and 1 HNMR .The spectral and electrochemical behaviors of tetraphenylporphyrin and its derivatives were studied by the method of UV-Vis spectrum ,fluorescence spectrum ,cyclic voltammetry and the effects of various substituent groups on spectroscopy and electrochemistry properties were also discussed in this paper .

    • 摘要: 为提高5-氟尿嘧啶抗癌的靶向性,降低其不良反应,合成了5种新型卟啉-5-氟尿嘧啶衍生物及其Mn3+配合物,优化了合成反应条件,探索了目标化合物的分离方法.通过IR、UV-Vis、1H NMR和ESI-MS对化合物结构和组成进行了确认.采用四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)比色法,以5-氟尿嘧啶为阳性对照药,测试了卟啉化合物对5种肿瘤细胞的体外抑制活性.初筛结果显示,化合物D3对人卵巢癌细胞Sk-ov-3有较强的抑制作用.%To search for more potential antitumor agents,five new porphyrin-5-fluorouracil compounds were designed and synthesized.The reaction conditions were optimized and the separation method of the target products was explored.The compositions and structures of these compounds were confirmed by IR,UV-Vis,1H NMR and MS.Their cytotoxicity against five human cancer cell lines in vitro was evaluated by MTT assay.Biological screening results demonstrate that some tested compounds exhibit potential antitumor activity,particularly,compound D3 shows more potential cytotoxic activities than the control 5-fluorouracil against Sk-ov-3 cells.

    • 摘要: The change of Q-band fluorescence lifetime of tetraphenyl porphyrins(TPP) adsorbed on the surface of silver nanoparticles is reported.The lifetime is extended when the surface plasmon resonant peak of silver nanoparticles is adjusted to be resonant with the Q- absorption band,which is due to the fact that silver nanoparticles bring a large surface plasmon resonant enhancement effect to the surface light field,and the excited TPP molecules have a higher polarity.The enhanced light field will stabilize the TPP molecules of high polarity,which causes the extended Q-band fluorescence lifetime.It has an important significance in photodynamic therapy using porphyrins as photosensitizer.%报道了吸附在银纳米颗粒表面的四苯基卟啉(TPP)的Q带荧光寿命的变化.实验发现将银纳米颗粒的表面等离激元共振吸收峰调至与TPP的Q吸收带共振时,会使FPP的Q带荧光寿命得到延长.这是由于银纳米颗粒对表面的光电场有较大的表面等离激元共振增强效应,而处于激发态的TPP分子有较高的极性,这种增强的光电场会对有较高极性的TPP分子有稳定作用,所以延长了其Q带寿命.这对于以卟啉为光敏剂的光动力治疗有重要的意义.
