摘要:
目的 探究低分子肝素联合阿司匹林对PTS致复发性流产母婴结局及血栓检验性指标的影响。方法 纳入86例PTS致复发性流产在本院治疗的患者,(时间:2019年12月~2020年12月),行治疗对比性研究,电脑排列数组分组,对照组(阿司匹林治疗,n=43),实验组(低分子肝素联合阿司匹林治疗,n=43),分析两组患者(1)血栓检测指标水平(D-二聚体(D-Dimer)、凝血酶时间(TT)、狼疮样抗凝物质(LA)与正常值对比(LAR));(2)妊娠结局对比;(3)新生儿健康状况。(4)药物不良反应发生率(腹胀、腹泻、恶心呕吐、血小板减少、新生儿畸形)。结果 (1)血栓检测指标水平:实验组D-Dimer、TT、LAR,较对照组差异显著,(P0.05)。(4)药物不良反应发生率:实验组腹胀、腹泻、恶心呕吐、血小板减少、新生儿畸形等药物不良反应发生率较对照组,数据存在显著降低意义,(P>0.05)。结论 低分子肝素联合阿司匹林对PTS致复发性流产患者,有较好的治疗效果,改善母婴结局以及血栓检验性指标,有临床推广意义。

Multi and single carrier waveforms are utilized in cellular systems for high-speed data transmission.In The Fifth Generation(5G)system,several waveform techniques based on multi carrier waveforms are proposed.However,the Peak to Average Power Ratio(PAPR)is seen as one of the significant concerns in advanced waveforms as it degrades the efficiency of the framework.The proposed article documents the study,progress,and implementation of PAPR reduction algorithms for the 5G radio framework.We compare the PAPR algorithm performance for advanced and conventional waveforms.The simulation results reveal that the advanced Partial Transmission Sequence(PTS)and Selective Mapping(SLM)methods enhanced the throughput and gain of the 5G waveforms.Furthermore,we have also analyzed the performance of Orthogonal Time Frequency Space Modulation(OTFSM)based on a single carrier system and found that PAPR is significantly low and is best suited to fading environments.It is seen that the conventional algorithms lower the PAPR but increase the complexity.The proposed PTS and SLM have shown good performance with low computational complexity.

The peroxisomal matrix oxidase,catalase and peroxidase are imported peroxisomes through the shuttling receptors,which regulates the cellular oxidative homeostasis and function.Here,we report that PTS1 shuttling receptor FvPex5 is involved in the localization of PTS1,utilization of carbon sources and lipids,elimination ROS,cell wall stress,conidiation,fumonisin B_(1)(FB_(1))production,and virulence in maize pathogen Fusarium verticillioides.Significantly,differential expression of PTS1-,PTS2-,PEX-and FB_(1)toxin-related genes in wild type andΔFvpex5 mutant were examined by RNA-Seq analyses and confirmed by RT-PCR assay.In addition,different expression of PTS1 and PTS2 genes of theΔFvpex5 mutant were enriched in diverse biochemical pathways,such as carbon metabolism,nitrogen metabolism,lipid metabolism and the oxidation balance by combining GO and KEGG annotations.Overall,we showed that FvPex5 is involved in the regulation of genes associated with PTS,thereby affecting the oxidation balance,FB_(1)and virulence in F.verticillioides.The results help to clarify the functional divergence of Pex5 orthologs,and may provide a possible target for controlling F.verticillioides infections and FB_(1)biosynthesis.

摘要:
目的 研究探讨将快速康复外科(fast track surgery,FTS)理念应用于单孔胸腔镜肺癌根治术护理中的效果.方法 选取130例于2017年6月~2019年9月在内蒙古自治区人民医院接受单孔胸腔镜肺癌根治术的患者,应用数字随机排序的方式分为对照组(65例,围术期行常规护理)和研究组(65例,围术期行FTS护理),对比两组患者围术期常规指标及术后并发症发生情况.结果 经护理后研究组患者手术时间及住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时研究组患者术后并发症发生率也明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 将FTS理念应用于单孔胸腔镜肺癌根治术围术期护理中,能够在保证其安全性的基础上提高手术效果,并缩短患者术后恢复时间.

Non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA)is gaining considerable attention due to its features,such as low out-of-band radiation,signal detection capability,high spectrum gain,fast data rate,and massive D2D connectivity.It may be considered for 5G networks.However,the high peak-to-average power ratio(PAPR)is viewed as a significant disadvantage of a NOMA waveform,and it weakens the quality of signals and the throughput of the scheme.In this article,we introduce a modified NOMA system by employing a block of wavelet transform,an alternative to FFT(Fast Fourier transform).The modified system combines the details of fractional frequency and time analysis of NOMA signals.In this correspondence,we utilize an advanced partial transmission scheme(PTS),and selective mapping(SLM),and present a genetic algorithm(GA)for SLM to investigate the peak power performance of a WT-based NOMA system.The performance of WT-SLM,WT-PTS,and WT-SLM-GA methods is compared with that of the traditional NOMAbased SLM and PTS methods.The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed system effectively reduces PAPR in comparison with the traditional schemes.

本发明属于热障涂层技术领域,具体涉及一种单相β‑(Ni,Pt)Al耐高温材料及应用、单相β‑(Ni,Pt)Al粘结层的制备方法。本发明提供了一种单相β‑(Ni,Pt)Al耐高温材料,包括以下原子百分含量的组分:30~60at.%Al,0.04~0.2at.%活性元素,2~9at.%Pt和余量的Ni,所述活性元素包括稀土元素、Hf、Zr和Ti中的两种。在本发明中,所述铂能够减小耐高温材料中铝的活度,从而抑制耐高温材料在高温环境下服役过程中铝向基体扩散,从而减少耐高温材料中铝的流失避免β相向γ'相退化,使得耐高温材料在高温环境下长期服役仍保持优良的抗氧化性。
