摘要:
The null space of the 6-DOF gain decoupling matrix of actuators and a modified velocity feedback controller are adopted to suppress the vibration of the wafer stage during exposure.To deal with varying flexibilities at different performance locations,the vibration controller is designed to be a time-variant linear quadratic regulator,using the conventional gain scheduling method,which could provide good vibration control for each field under exposure.This control method can guarantee the stability of the closed-loop system and will not deteriorate the rigid modes control of the wafer stage.To minimize the control spillover caused by the higher uncontrolled modes,actuator placement is optimized to minimize their controllability grammians in modal coordinates.An unconstrained rectangular plate is used to represent the fine stage of the wafer stage.Effectiveness of the proposed method is verified on the plate through a closed-loop simulation.

5月14日,三菱重工举行了为JERA和日本邮船合资公司Trans Pacific Shipping6 Limitd建造的新—代18万立方米LNG船命名仪式。命名仪式在三菱重工长崎造船厂举行,这艘LNG船被命名为武州丸。该舟占长297.5米,宽48.9米载重量约为80300载重吨,储罐总储量为180000立方米,是采用最新型Sayaringo STaGE混合推进装置的LNG船。这是JERA为Freeport LNG项目建造的第二艘LNG船,其中第一艘浓州丸同样由三菱重工建造,并已经在今年2月交付给JERA和商船三井合资公司Trans Pacific Shipping 6Limitd。

BACKGROUND Aberrant activation of phosphorylated form of glycogen synthase kinase-3β[pS9 GSK-3β(Serine 9 phosphorylation)] is known to trigger Wnt/β-catenin signal cascade but its clinicohistopathological implications in bladder carcinogenesis remain unknown.AIM To investigate the diagnostic and prognostic relevance of expressions of pS9 GSK-3β, β-catenin and its target genes in the pathobiology of bladder cancer.METHODS Bladder tumor tissues from ninety patients were analyzed for quantitative expression and cellular localization of pS9 GSK-3β by immunohistochemical(IHC) staining. Real time-quantitative polymerase chain reaction and IHC were done to check the expression of β-catenin, Cyclin D1, Snail and Slug at transcriptome and protein level respectively. Clinicohistopathological variables were obtained from histology reports, follow up and OPD visits of patients.Expressions of the markers were statistically correlated with these variables to determine their significance in clinical setting. Results were analysed using SPSS20.0 software.RESULTS Aberrant(low or no membranous/high nuclear/high cytoplasmic) expression of pS9 GSK-3β was noted in 51% patients and found to be significantly associated with tumor stage and tumor grade(P = 0.01 and 0.04; Mann Whitney U test).Thirty one percent tumors exhibited aberrant co-expression of pS9 GSK-3β andβ–catenin proteins and showed strong statistical association with tumor stage,tumor type, smoking/tobacco chewing status(P = 0.01, 0.02 and 0.04, MannWhitney U test) and shorter overall survival probabilities of patients(P = 0.02;Kaplan Meier test). Nuclear immunostaining of Cyclin D1 in tumors with altered pS9 GSK-3β/β–catenin showed relevance with tumor stage, grade and type.CONCLUSIONβ–catenin and pS9 GSK-3β proteins are identified as markers of diagnostic/prognostic significance in disease pathogenesis. Observed histopathological association of Cyclin D1 identifies it as marker of potential relevance in tumors with altered pS9 GSK-3β/β-catenin.

对雷达系统显控软件的测试方法进行了分析,针对航迹注入测试架构中存在的难题进行了深入的探讨,研究了一种基于STAGE软件的雷达系统显控软件的测试方法。该方法通过共享内存的方式实现STAGE与被测软件之间的数据交互,借助STAGE软件的图形用户界面功能,快速地设计测试场景,能够很大程度上提高被测软件测试的充分性,提升测试效率。

Background: Postpartum haemorrhage (PPH) is the leading cause of maternal mortality globally and Tanzania particularly. The World Health Organisation recommends Active Management of Third Stage of Labour (AMTSL) in preventing PPH, but its correct implementation has generally remained low. Many factors have been associated with the low practice of AMTSL, but the literature on the impact of delivery intensity is scanty. The aim was to determine the impact of facility delivery intensity on correct practice of AMTSL and provision of other labour and delivery interventions. Methods: In 2016, an analytical cross-section study was conducted in four public health facilities in Dar es Salaam. A priori criterion was set at 10 daily deliveries or more for High Delivery Intensity Facilities (HDIFs) in contrast to Low Delivery Intensity Facilities (LDIFs). All public obstetric care hospitals and health centres were ranked such that one facility with the highest deliveries and one with the lowest deliveries per category were selected. All eligible deliveries between 8.00 am and 2.00 pm were studied. An observer was assigned to each facility to time and document delivery and third stage events. Data were entered and analysed using SPSS program version 20. Pearson Chi square test was used for categorical data and Student’s t-test for comparing continuous data. Clinical relevance of the differences was evaluated by using 95% confidence intervals. Statistics with p-value The study was ethically approved by MUHAS Senate Research and Publication Committee. Results: In total, 752 normal deliveries were observed including 376 in LDIFs and 376 in HDIFs. Socio-demographic characteristics of women were comparable in both, except that women with secondary or higher education were more delivered in LDIFs (60.4%) than in HDIFs (35.1%), p < 0.001. LDIFs were more likely to provide Oxytocin as recommended (OR = 4.0, 95% CI: 3.01 - 5.25) and to perform other life saving interventions than the HDIFs. Conclusions: Facility delivery intensity has remarkable impact on correct practice of AMTSL, labor and intra-partum care. Efforts to reduce maternal deaths should minimize facility delivery intensity.

BACKGROUND Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) includes two distinct conditions, with different histologic features and prognosis: non-alcoholic fatty liver(NAFL) and non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH). Furthermore, NASH is the more aggressive necro-inflammatory form, which may accumulate fibrosis and result in End stage liver disease(ESLD). NAFLD is also linked to systemic inflammatory conditions such as psoriasis. NAFLD is currently the most common cause of ESLD in Western countries, becoming a serious public health concern.Hidradenitis suppurativa(HS) is a systemic inflammatory/autoinflammatory disease of the terminal follicular epithelium of the apocrine gland with a prevalence of 0.05% to 4.10%. Due to its systemic inflammatory behavior several comorbidities were recently associated, however liver ones were scarcely assessed.AIM To evaluate the prevalence and characteristics of NASH/NAFL in HS patients.METHODS This retrospective study is a sub-analysis of a larger study carried out in 4 Italian dermatological centers. In this cohort, there were 83 patients: 51 patients with HS only, 20 patients with HS/NAFL and 12 with HS/NASH.RESULTS Inflammatory comorbidities were present in 3.9% of HS only patients, 25% of HS/NAFL patients and 58.3% of HS/NASH patients(P < 0.001). Similarly, mean Autoinflammatory Disease Damage Index(ADDI) was significantly higher among patients with HS/NASH(5.3 ± 2.2, P < 0.001) compared to patients with HS/NAFL or HS only(2.8 ± 1.6 and 2.6 ± 1.4 respectively). Furthermore, ADDI correlates with IHS4 in HS, HS/NAFL and HS/NASH. Diabetic patients have higher Hurley score than not diabetic ones. Ultrasound examination was significantly different in the three groups.CONCLUSION HS patients displayed a high prevalence of NASH/NAFLD and ultrasound examination should be particularly addressed to patients that display high ADDI scores.
