本文共分三个部分:1.在“电工材料”等有关书籍中,Y代表并联等值电路,Z代表串联等值电路.Y与Z的关系原本是对等的,它既可用Y=1/Z表示,又可用Z=1/Y表示.人们在实践的基础上,总结出来的似乎是并联等值电路更能代表绝缘材料交变极化的性质,但这毕竟是经验的总结.在绝缘材料范围内,自从作者提出导纳统一算符的概念之后,并、串联等值电路之间的关系就不再是对等的关系,而变成了依附的关系.串联等值电路依附于并联等值电路.只有并联等值电路才能代表绝缘材料交变极化的性质.这是一个明确的结论,这个结论已不再是经验的总结,而变成了理论的结果.2.IEC 250出版物的定义部分应该直接为本出版物服务.西林电桥是250出版物的重要测量设备,因此该出版物的定义部分,不但需要照顾到极化电参数自身定义的科学性,而且还需要兼顾到西林电桥分析的要求.为了满足这样的综合要求,本文特地把以复电容量CP为基础的导纳统一算符,参与到复相对电容率(ε)r所组成的一组定义中去,作为今后IEC 250出版物修改版的定义部分.有了导纳统一算符的参与,才能把绝缘材料交变极化电参数的各种定义形式完整的组合在一起.例如εr=Re(ε)r=Cp/C0,δ=π/2-Φy和tgδ=ctg Φy都是由于导纳统一算符的参与后所产生的理论结果.3.作者对IEC和ASTM四种国际绝缘标准进行了评述.%This paper is divided into three parts:1.In relevant literature on electrical engineering materials,Y represents the equivalent circuit connected in parallel,Z that connected in series.The relation between Y and Z is originally equivalent and can be expressed by Y=1/Z or Z=1/Y.What people have summed up from practice seems to be that the equivalent circuit connected in parallel is better able to represent the properties of the alternating polarization of insulating materials.But this is after all a summary of experience.Within the range of insulating materials,since the proposition of the concept of admittance unified operator by the author,the relation between the equi=alent circuit connected in parallel and that connected in series has ceased to be one of equivalence but become one of dependence.That is,the equivalent circuit connected in series depends on the equivalent circuit connected in parallel.This is a definite conclusion that is no longer a summary of experience but a result of theory.2,The definition part of IEC 250 Publication should directly serve this publication.The Schering bridge is an important measuring equipment of the 250 Publication,so not only should the definition part of the Publication have an eye on the scientific character of the definitions of polarization electric parameters themselves but also attend to the requirement on analysis of Schering bridge.In order to satisfy such a comprehensive requirement,the unified admittance operator based on (C)P,is entered into a group of definitions by the complex relative permittivity (ε)r,to serve as the definition part of the revised IEC 250 Publication in future.It is only with the participation of the unified admittance operator that can have various forms of definitions of insulating materials alternating polarization electric parameters integrally combined.For instance,εr=Re(ε)r Cp/C0,δ=r/2-Φy and tgδ=ctgΦy are theoretical results generated owing to the participation of the unified admittance operator.3.Comments have been made by the author on the four international insulation standards IEC and ASTM.
