    • 摘要: 本文以钛白粉副产硫酸亚铁和工业水玻璃为原料,制各了一种新型混凝剂聚硅硫酸铁(PFSS),研究了PFSS的制备以及用于处理氧化铁生产废水的影响因素.结果 表明:在温度为35°C,聚合时间2~3 h,Fe/Si摩尔比为0.8时,可制得性能优异的聚硅硫酸铁混凝剂,在氧化铁生产废水处理中PFSS絮凝性能优于聚合硫酸铁.

    • 摘要: 对比了聚硅硫酸铁(PFSS)和聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)对活性污泥过滤脱水性能的调理效果,重点考察不同投加量条件下,污泥比阻、毛细吸水时间(CST)、含水率、粒径以及污泥上清液中水质特性的变化,并通过总有机碳(TOC)和三维荧光(3D-EEM)探讨了污泥调理的作用机制.研究表明:在投加量93 ~ 140 kg/t(DS)的条件下,PFSS对污泥过滤脱水性能的调理效果优于PAM.污泥上清液中TOC含量随PFSS投加量的增加,呈现先降低后升高的趋势.3D-EEM分析表明:污泥溶胞后上清液中出现了类富里酸和疏水类有机酸物质,说明PFSS可通过释放污泥胞内水和结合水来提高污泥的脱水性能.%Conditioning effect of polymeric ferric silicate sulfate (PFSS) and polyacrylamide (PAM) for dewatering of waste activated sludge were compared,mainly focused on the change of sludge specific resistance (SRF),capillary suction time (CST),water content,sludge particle sizes and water quality characteristics of sludge supernatant.Total organic carbon (TOC) and three-dimensional excitation-emission matrix fluorescence spectra was investigated to study the mechanism of sludge conditioning.The results indicated that waste activated sludge conditioned by PFSS with dose of 93 ~ 140 kg/t(DS) showed better dewaterability,with lower specific resistance and capillary suction time,and larger particulate diameter than that by PMS.The acidic environment formed after PFSS addition,resulted in sludge lysis and the release of intercellular organic matters into supernatant.The three-dimensional excitation-emission matrix fluorescence spectra further confirmed the appearance of fulvic acid-like substances and hydrophobic acid substances generated from cell lysis.The destruction of extracellular polymeric substances and cell wall induced the conversion of intercellular and bound water to free water,which was in favor of sludge dewatering.

    • 摘要: As one of the most important water treatment agents,polysilicate coagulant,has been playing an important role in co-agulation-flocculation,but it is prone to lose stability due to self-polymerization and the forming of silica gel.Therefore,re-search on the preparation of stable polysilicate coagulant has attract great attention.A new method to prepare a stable polysili-cate coagulant (PSPF),was proposed in this paper.Its structure and morphology were characterized by using Fourier transform infrared (FTIR)spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM)respectively.Fe species in PSPF was analyzed via Fe-Ferron complexation timed spectrophotometric method.The performance of PSPF was assessed by measuring micro-polluted wa-ter treatment efficiency.Primary chemicals,such as ferrous sulfate,sodium silicate,potassium dihydrogen phosphate,sodium carbonate,were used.The influence of those parameters affecting the preparation of PSPF,such as n Si Fe ,n P Fe and n OH Fe molar ratios were examined.The results showed that n Si Fe of 1 ∶4,n P Fe of 1 ∶6 and n OH Fe of 1 ∶ 10 under 60 °C water bath for 30 min was the optimum condition for preparation.The FTIR spectrum indicated that PSPF was a kind of high molecu-lar polymer,containing new groups (e.g.,Si—O—Si and Fe—O—Si),which could increase the molecular weight,molecular chain and coagulation-flocculation efficiency.PSPF presented a cluster appearance similar to a network structure,which was conductive to adsorption-bridging capacity and precipitation sweeping.The increase of Fe(b)and Fe(c)as a result of Si increas-ing in PSPF improved the polymerization and solidification.The coagulation behaviors of PSPF that were largely affected by the coagulant dosage and pH,indicated that for pH and dosage at 6 and 8 mg·L-1 ,respectively,the residual turbidity and UV254 removal efficiency could achieve 0.33 NTU and 58.6%,respectively.%聚硅酸基混凝剂是重要的水处理剂之一,在混凝过程中扮演重要的作用,但易于产生自聚反应、形成硅胶、失去稳定性。因此,制备稳定的聚硅酸基混凝剂受到广泛关注。为获得一种稳定的聚硅酸基混凝剂,提出一种新型稳定的固体硅酸基混凝剂(PSPF)的制备方法。采用红外光谱与扫描电镜表征 PSPF 的结构与形貌;Ferron 逐时络合比色分光光度法分析 PSPF 中 Fe 的形态;通过微污染源水的处理评估 PSPF 的混凝性能。以硫酸亚铁、硅酸钠、磷酸二氢钾、碳酸钠等为原料,确定硅铁摩尔比(n Si/n Fe )、磷铁摩尔比(n P/n Fe )与碱化度(n OH/n Fe )对 PSPF 的制备影响。结果显示在60°C水浴30 min 条件下,PSPF 最优合成条件为:n Si/n Fe 为1∶4,n P/n Fe 为1∶6与 n OH/n Fe 为1∶10。表征分析显示,PSPF 是一种高分子聚合物,含有的新基团键(例如,Si—O—Si 与 Fe—O—Si),其有助于增大 PSPF 分子量与分子链与增强 PSPF 的混凝性能;PSPF 形貌团簇,呈网状结构,有助于吸附架桥和网捕卷扫;Si 含量增加提高了 PSPF 中 Fe(b)和 Fe(c)的含量,增强了 PSPF 的聚合度与固化效果。PSPF 的混凝性能受 PSPF 投加量与水环境 pH 影响显著;在 pH 为6与投加量为8 mg·L-1时,残余浊度和 UV254去除率分别可达0.33 NTU 与58.6%。实验研究显示,混凝剂多因素(Si,Fe 与 P)调控对增强固体聚硅酸基混凝剂的固化效果、稳定性以及混凝性能具有良好的效果。

    • 摘要: 以硅酸钠和硫酸亚铁为主要原料制备了无机絮凝剂聚硅硫酸铁(PFSS),考察了不同SiO2含量、Fe/Si摩尔比、聚硅酸活化时间、温度、pH值对其絮凝性能的影响.通过阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)对PFSS进行改性,进一步制得了无机-有机复合絮凝剂,并对其进行了红外表征.结果表明,当m (PFSS)∶m(APAM)=4∶1,复合反应温度50°C,pH值7.0,9(絮凝剂)=1.5%时,其絮凝效果最好,城市废水的透光率可达96.8%,COD去除率92.7%,除浊率92.3%.

    • 摘要: 混凝澄清法通过在废水中加入絮凝剂,使废水中的胶体凝聚并沉降,在印染废水中可以较好的去除原水的浊度和色度.本研究采用自行制备聚硅酸金属盐类絮凝剂聚硅硫酸铁(PFSS),探索影响纺织印染生化出水的混凝工艺的参数因素.结果表明,采用聚硅酸硫酸铁絮凝剂絮凝,最佳条件下,废水COD去除率最高达到75%,色度去除率达到80%.

    • 摘要: In the paper,polymeric ferric silicate-sulfate(PFSS) flocculant was synthesized by using Fe2(SO4)3 and Na2SiO3 as the main raw material.And the removal efficiency of humic acid by PFSS flocculants were investigated with different Fe/Si molar ratio.Besides,PFSS flocculants with various molar ratio of Fe to Si were observed under a microscope.The influence of Fe3+ to the Zeta potential of flocculating by PFSS flocculant was determined by Zeta potentiometric analyzer.And the flocs forming during the coagulation process was examined by laser granularity analyzer.The results showed that Fe/Si molar ratio pose great influence on the morphology of PFSS flocculant.The shape of PFSS flocculant gradually transformed rounder with the increase of Fe3+ while PFSS flocculant was with more thick branches with increase of Si.Moreover,the charge-neutraliziton ability of PFSS flocculant were improved by introducing Fe3+.The floc size formed by PFSS flocculant increased with the increase of silicon.%文章以Fe2(SO4)3和Na2SiO3为原料,在不同Fe/Si摩尔比的条件下,采用复合法制备了聚硅硫酸铁(PFSS)絮凝剂,并考察了PFSS对腐殖酸的去除效果。分别采用显微镜观察分析了不同Fe/Si摩尔比PFSS絮凝剂及其形成絮体的形貌,采用Zeta电位分析仪测定了Fe3+的引入分枝数也增多。此外,引入的Fe3+有助于提高PFSS絮凝剂的电中和能力。PFSS絮凝剂形成絮体的粒径随着硅含量增加而增大。

    • 摘要: 利用铁矿石为主要原料,通过煅烧酸浸法制备出硫酸铁.以硫酸铁、硅酸钠为原料,制备了无机高分子混凝剂聚硅硫酸铁(PFSS),研究了PFSS的制备工艺条件,PFSS投加量和废水pH值对PFSS混凝性能的影响.结果表明,当制备工艺条件为:SiO2质量分数为3%、活化时间为40min、活化的pH值为2、铁与硅摩尔比为0.50时,得到的PFSS具有最好的混凝性能,用其处理高COD、高浊度工业废水,混凝效果明显优于聚合硫酸铁(PFS).

    • 摘要: 研究了采用新型无机高分子絮凝剂--聚硅硫酸铁(PFSS)处理钢铁厂转炉二文除尘废水.结果表明:PFSS絮凝剂用量、废水pH值等参数对絮凝沉降效果有很大影响,而温度影响较小.当废水pH=6.0、PFSS投加量为0.25 mL/L时,PFSS对废水浊度、悬浮物去除率分别达99.11%和97.86%,废水处理效果较好.
