    • 摘要: 通过采用具有自识别功能的监测传感器,实时采集水质和水环境信息,实时监测水产养殖环境信息,构建水产养殖智能监测系统,可实现对异常情况进行预警。根据各养殖阶段水产品的长、重关系,养殖环境因子与饵料养分吸收能力和摄入量的关系,建立数据库进行详细分析,构建智慧水产养殖智能管理系统,可根据水产品的生长过程,将饲料分阶段投喂,实现精细化投喂,降低成本。利用手机远程管理系统,通过手机客户端,用户可以远程查看设施环境数据和设备运行情况,也可以对数据进行分析,方便灵活地进行管理。通过以上方法,实现了鲴鱼苗种的智慧培育及成鱼的智慧养殖。

    • 摘要: “粉红石首仍无骨,雪白河豚不药人。寄语天公与河伯,何妨乞与水精鳞。”这首诗的题目是《戏作鲴鱼一绝》,诗里说的“粉红石首”鮰鱼,在四川称为江团,该诗作者苏东坡是四川眉州人(今眉山市)。文豪苏东坡在这首诗里把“粉红石首”跟“雪白河豚”进行了对比,在这位老饕眼里,江团鱼肉之鲜嫩甚至超越了河豚肉。

    • 摘要: Experiments were carried out under simulation conditions in outdoor mesocosms.The purification effect of different combinations of fishes,benthic animals,and aquatic plants on eutrophication was studied.The resuhs showed that the fish Plagiognathops microlepis Bleeker reduced TN,permanganate,and Chl-a effectively.At a density of 15 g · m-3,the removal rates of permanganate and Chl-a were 8% higher than they were at a density of 7.5 g · m-3,but P.microlepis Bleeker was not conducive to TP removal efficiency.The benthic animals,Bellamya aeruginosa and Hyriopsis cumingii,apparently affected water nutrient removal,as the removal rate of Chl-a increased by 23.4% when B.aeruginosa and H.cumingii dosing occurred.The water nutrient removal difference between two kinds of aquatic plants,water spinach and water fennel,was not remarkable (p >0.05),although the effect of water spinach was slightly better than that of water fennel.This research provides a scientific basis for aquatic ecosystem regulation and repair.%利用野外原位围隔研究了鱼类、底栖动物和水生植物的不同组合对富营养化水体的净化效果.研究结果表明,鲴鱼(Plagiognathops microlepis Bleeker)能有效削减水体中TN,高锰酸盐指数和Chl-a,其中15g·m-3投加密度的实验组高锰酸盐指数和Chl-a的削减率提高了8%,效果优于密度7.5g·m-3的实验组,但不利于TP的去除;螺(Bellamya aeruginosa)和蚌(Hyriopsis cumingii的投加对水体营养盐的去除有较好的效果,其中对Chl-a的影响最为显著(p<0.05),投加螺和蚌之后,Chl-a的削减率相比无螺蚌的实验组提高了23.4%;2种水生植物蕹菜(Waterspinach)和水芹(Waters fennel)对水体中营养盐的去除差异不显著(p>0.05),蕹菜略好于水芹.本研究结果可为水生生态系统调控和修复提供科学依据.
    • 摘要: 鲴鱼是细鳞斜颌鲴、黄尾密鲴、圆吻鲴、银鲴等四种鲴鱼统称,是湖南省洞庭湖水系的名产。此鱼鳍与鱼尾分别呈青黄色与橘黄色,规格为500克左右,别名黄板刁、黄姑子、板黄鱼等。鲴鱼有净化水质,改善生态环境的特殊功能,又称生态鱼。鲴鱼适合规模养殖且营养丰富,深受群众喜爱。

    • 摘要: The purification effect of different combination of fishes,benthic animals,and aquatic plants on eutrophication was studied.This experiment was carried out under simulation conditions at outdoor mesocosms.The results showed that the proportion of silver (Hypophthalmichthys molitix) and bighead (Aristichthys nobilis) carp obviously affected water quality.When the ratio of silver to bighead carp was 3 ∶ 1,the removal rate of TN and NH3-N reached 69.26% and 66.39% respectively;when the ratio was 4 ∶ 1,the removal rate of NO3-N reached 73.65%;and when the ratio was 5 ∶ 1,the removal rate of TP and PO43-reached 66.73%.In addition,the removal effect of Plagiognathops microlepis Bleeker was remarkable,the removal rate of TP and PO43-could rise respectively 13.89% and 7.91%,but which could influence the nitrogen removal efficiency.When the density of Bellamya aeruginosa and Hyriopsis cumingii was 150 g · m-2,TN removal reached 72.60%,but other nutrients were not reduced.Aquatic plants can adsorb N from water,and water spinach increased the removal rate of TN by 6.83%,of NH3-N by 6.44%,and of NO3-N by 12.14%,which had better effect than water chestnut.However,water spinach was not good at P removal.This research provides a scientific basis for aquatic ecosystem regulation and repair.%在野外原位围隔模拟条件下,研究了鱼类、底栖动物和水生植物的不同组合对富营养化水体的净化效果.研究结果表明:鲢鳙鱼比例对水质有较大影响,当鲢鱼(Hypophthalmichthys molitix)与鳙鱼(Aristichthys nobilis)的比例为3∶1时,TN和NH3-N的去除率分别为69.26%和66.39%,4∶1时,NO3-N的去除率可达73.65%;当鲢鱼与鳙鱼的比例为5∶1时,TP和pO34-的去除率可达66.73%;鲴鱼(Plagiognathops Microlepis Bleeker)对水体中磷元素的去除效果显著,TP和PO43-的去除率可分别提高13.89%和7.91%,但不利于氮的去除;150 g·m-2密度螺(Bellamya aeruginosa)和蚌(Hyriopsis cumingii的投加对TN的去除率可达72.60%,但对其他营养盐的削减效果不佳;水生植物蕹菜实验组与无植物组相比TN去除率提升6.83%,NH3-N提升6.44%,NO3-N提升12.14%,效果优于菱,但却不利于磷的去除.实验结果可为水生生态系统调控和修复提供科学依据.

    • 摘要: 开展室内模拟实验,研究鲢、鳙和鲴不同混养系统中排泄物的量及微囊藻活性的变化.实验设置鲢鳙组合,鲢鳙鲴组合以及对照组,其中鲢鳙生物量放养比例为3:1,鲢鳙鲴组合中生物量放养比例为3:1:1,实验周期14d.结果显示,鲢鳙组和鲢鳙鲴组均能降低微囊藻密度,两组无显著差异(P>0.05),但是均极显著小于对照组(P<0.01).混养鲴鱼可以降低排泄物的量及微囊藻的被消化率,鲢鳙鲴组排泄物的量在第4d开始下降,实验结束时是鲢鳙组的16.08%.鲢鳙鲴组微囊藻的被消化率,第5d 后快速增长,至实验结束达到85.9%,极显著高于鲢鳙组(P<0.01).鲢鳙组和鲢鳙鲴组排泄物中的氨基酸和总氮含量相比未被摄食微囊藻减少率分别为33.17%、53.62%和34.97%、54.27%.鲢鳙鲴组和鲢鳙组排泄物光能活性(Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo、Yeld、qP及NPQ表示)和生长活性差异(EPS、Chla表示)较大,鲢鳙组微囊藻叶绿素荧光参数(除NPQ外)值经过短暂的下降后开始增长,而鲢鳙鲴组Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo、Yeld及qP在培养过程中下降显著,且至第5d后叶绿素荧光参数(除NPQ外)均极显著低于鲢鳙组(P<0.01).鲢鳙鲴组NPQ呈上升的趋势,且第7d后极显著高于鲢鳙组(P<0.01).在排泄物培养期间,鲢鳙鲴组排泄物中微囊藻的胞外多糖(EPS)含量、叶绿素a(Chl a)浓度不断下降,至实验结束极显著低于鲢鳙组(P<0.01).结果表明,在鲢鳙控藻的基础上,混养鲴鱼可以减少鲢鳙摄食微囊藻后的排泄物,同时降低排泄物中微囊藻活性,减少了因鲢鳙排泄物引起的水环境污染和生态影响.%Effects on the amounts of feces and the activity of microcystis by the introduction of the different combination of Silver carp, bighead carp and Xenocypris microlepis were studied in indoor simulation experiments. During the experiment,three groups were set up: silver carp and bighead carp group, silver carp、bighead carp and Xenocypris microlepis group, blank control group, and the biomass proportion of silver carp and bighead was carp 3:1. The results showed that in both experimental groups, the densities of Microcystis aeruginosa were significantly reduced than blank control group (P<0.01). The feces weight in silver carp and bighead carp group continually increased, however, which of polyculture of Xenocypris microlepis group reached maximum on the 4th day, then declined rapidly, and finally was 16.08% of silver carp and bighead carp group at the end of the experiment. There were no obvious change in algae digestibility in silver carp and bighead carp group, while the algae digestibility of the polyculture of Xenocypris microlepis gruoup appeared rapid growth from 5th day, reached 85.9%at the end of the experiment, which was significantly higher than the silver carp and bighead carp group (P<0.01). The amino acid and nitrogen content in the feces of experimental groups decreased compared with those undigested Microcystis aeruginosa:the decrement in silver carp and bighead carp group were 33.17%and 53.62%and those in polyculture of Xenocypris microlepis were 34.97%and 53.62%, respectively. Furthermore, after Microcystis aeruginosa was digested by fish, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters (except NPQ) was significantly lower than the blank control group (P<0.05), but NPQ was significantly higher than the blank control group (P<0.05). Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters (except NPQ) in silver carp and bighead carp group increased after a briefdecreasing. Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo、Yield and qP values in polyculture of Xenocypris microlepis group early rapidly declined at first, tended to be stable after the 11day, and 5days later were significantly lower than that of silver carp and bighead carp group (P<0.01). NPQ in polyculture of Xenocypris microlepisgroup showed ascendant trend, and then was significantly higher than that of silver carp and bighead carp group after the 7th day (P<0.01).During the feces cultivation, the EPS and Chla of feces in polyculture of Xenocypris microlepis group continually decreased, and until the end of the experiment, they was significantly lower than those of silver carp and bighead carp group (P<0.01).Beside the introduction of silver carp and bighead carp, the polyculture of Xenocypris microlepis could reduce the feces of silver carp and bighead carp by feeding Microcystis aeruginosa and further reduce the activity of the algae in feces therefore, improved the removal effect caused by Microcystis aeruginosa, provided theoretical basis for biomanipulation mode of polyculture of Xenocypris microlepis.

    • 摘要: 长江流经湖北省石首市九曲回肠,向石首人馈赠了体重膘厚的鲴鱼。石首渔民对鲴鱼鱼鳔进行加工,制作出“笔架鱼肚”,宋代即成贡品,名列“石首三宝”之首。“笔架鱼肚”地理标志证明商标于2011年核准注册。注册之初,石首市只有二十余户实体养殖、经营鲴鱼及笔架鱼肚。
