    • 摘要: 为研究甘蓝型优质杂交油菜在高密度下品质性状与单株产量、群体产量间的关系,以600个甘蓝型杂交油菜组合进行田间试验、考种和品质分析及相关分析.结果表明:甘蓝型优质杂交油菜含油率平均为49.86%,变幅为41.30% ~55.14%,群体产量平均为1182.78 kg/hm2,单株产量平均为4.31 g,群体产量、单株产量变异系数大,易受坏境栽培因素影响,含油率等变异系数较小,遗传力较高,不易受坏境条件的影响,适合早代选择;单株产量或群体产量与蛋白质、亚油酸、亚麻酸呈极显著正相关,与含油率、油酸、芥酸呈极显著负相关,与硫甙、棕榈酸及硬脂酸未达到显著水平,与不饱和脂肪酸呈极显著负相关,与脂蛋总量、不饱和脂肪酸指数、饱和脂肪酸相关不显著,但与二十碳稀酸、芥酸链脂肪酸的相关性两者存在一定的差异;利用相关性分析可知,随着单株产量及群体产量的提高,首先有利于提高种子的蛋白质与亚麻酸,其次是提高亚油酸、降低芥酸,产量增加虽然对含油率、油酸有一定的负效应,但选育高产、高油、优质油菜新品种仍然是可以实现的.

    • 摘要: [Objective] This study aimed to investigate the correlation between yield and quality traits of rape. [Method] Taking "Sanbei 98" and "Youyan 599" as ex-periment materials, correlation between yield and quality traits of Brassica napus L. cultivars was explored by orthogonal rotation method. [Result] The results showed that: ① In both the two varieties-Sanbei98 and Youyan599, erucic acid content had the largest coefficient of variation, but its average content was lower than 2% in both the two varieties (0.90% in Sanbei98 and 1.24% in Youyan599), and the palmitic acid content had the smal est coefficient of variation. ② In terms of the dif-ferences in quality traits at different yield levels, only the mean of eicosenoic acid content revealed significant difference in Sanbei98, and only the mean of seed-pro-tein content revealed significant difference in Youyan599, and there was no signifi-cant difference in any combined quality traits in both the two varieties. ③ The yield was negatively correlated with the erucic acid content or oil content, and posi-tively correlated with the content of seed-protein, linoleic acid, or linolenic acid, and the coefficient of correlation between the yield and either of the contents of glucosi-nolates, oleic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, and eicosenoic acid was smal er. ④when the yield of a variety increased considerably, there was a certain decreasing trend in erucic acid content, oil content, the total amount of erucic chain fatty acids (Ei & Er), while there was an increasing trend in seed-protein content, linoleic acid content, linolenic acid content, saturated fatty acids (SFA), the total amount of fat and protein (P & F), unsaturation index (IUFA), unsaturated fatty acids (UFA), the total amount of 18 carbon fatty acids (18-C FA), unsaturated fatty acids [UFA/(Ei &Er) ], and the sum of oleic acid and linoleic acid (Ol & Li). ⑤ When the seed-pro-tein content is increased, the quality of rape oil cake is also improved; when the unsaturated index is increased, the oil stability is decreased. The increase in the total amount of unsaturated fatty acids, oleic acid and linoleic acid helps to increase in the total amount of fatty acids absorbed by human bodies. [Conclusion] This study provides a theoretical foundation for the cultivation of high-yielding and top-quality hybrid rape cultivars.%[目的]为了探明油菜产量与其品质性状的关系。[方法]以三北98和油研599为材料,采用正交旋转设计研究甘蓝型优质杂交油菜产量与品质性状的相关。[结果]结果表明:①三北98和油研599油菜品种产量对品质性状的影响均以芥酸含量的变异系数最大,但两个品种的芥酸含量均低于2%,且三北98为0.90%,油研599为1.24%;棕榈酸含量的变异系数最小。②不同产量水平下各品质性状的差异,三北98以廿碳烯酸的含量存在显著差异,油研599仅有种子蛋白质的含量存在极显著差异,而两个油菜品种各品质组合性状间均无显著差异。③产量与品质性状的相关,芥酸、含油率与产量呈负相关,种子蛋白质、亚油酸、亚麻酸含量与产量呈正相关,且硫苷、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、廿碳烯酸与产量的相关系数较小,饱和脂肪酸、脂蛋总量、不饱和指数、不饱和脂肪酸、18碳脂肪酸总量、不饱和脂肪酸总量与芥酸链脂肪酸总量之比、油酸与亚油酸之和与产量呈正相关,芥酸链脂肪酸总量与产量呈负相关。④同一品种产量大幅度增加时,芥酸和含油量、芥酸链脂肪酸总量呈降低趋势,而种子蛋白质、亚油酸、亚麻酸、饱和脂肪酸、脂蛋总量、不饱和指数、不饱和脂肪酸总量、18碳脂肪酸总量、不饱和脂肪酸总量与芥酸链脂肪酸总量之比、油酸与亚油酸之和呈升高趋势。⑤种子蛋白质含量增加,饼粕品质变优;不饱和指数增加,油的稳定性降低;不饱和脂肪酸总量、油酸与亚油酸之和总量增加,有利于人体吸收利用的脂肪酸总量增加。[结论]为优质杂交油菜的高产保优栽培提供了理论依据。

    • 摘要: The correlations between yield and quality characters of Sanbei 98 and Youyan 599 (two high-quality hybrid Brassica napus varieties) was studied by the orthogonal rotation design to verify the effect of yield on quality characters in high-quality hybrid B.napus varieties.The results showed that:1) The variable coefficient of the erucic acid content and palmitic acid content was the biggest and the smallest respectively and the erucic acid content of Sanbei 98 and Youyan 599 was 0.90% and 1.24% separately; 2) In the quality characters of different yield levels,there was significant difference in eicosenoic acid content in Sanbei 98 and very significant difference in protein content in Youyan 599 but there was no significant difference in different quality combination characters between the two varieties; 3) The content of erucic acid and oil was negatively correlated to yield and the content of protein,linoleic acid,linolenic acid was positively correlated to yield but the correlation coefficients between glucosinolates,palmmitic acid,stearic acid,eicosenoic acid and yield were small; There were positive correlations between saturated fatty acid,total protein and fat content,total oleic acid and linoleic acid,index of unsaturated fatty acid,unsaturated fatty acid,ratio of total unsaturated fatty acid to total fatty acid content of erucic acid chain,.total 18-Cfat acid and yield and negative correlation between total fat acid of erucic acid chain; 4) When the yield of the same variety increased significantly,the content of erucic acid,oil and total fat acid of erucic acid chain presented a declining trend but the content of protein,linoleic acid,linolenic acid,total oleic acid and linoleic acid,saturated fatty acid,total fat acid and protein,index of unsaturated fatty acid,unsaturated fatty acid,total 18-Cfat acid,ratio of total unsaturated fatty acid to total fatty acid content of erucic acid chain presented a rise trend.%为了探明油菜产量对品质性状的影响,以三北98和油研599为材料,采用正交旋转设计研究甘蓝型优质杂交油菜产量与品质性状的相关.结果表明:1)三北98和油研599油菜品种产量对品质性状的影响均以芥酸含量的变异系数最大,且2个品种的芥酸含量均低于2%,三北98为0.90,油研599为1.24%;棕榈酸含量的变异系数最小.2)不同产量水平的品质性状,三北98廿碳烯酸的含量存在显著差异,油研599种子蛋白质的含量存在极显著差异,而2个油菜品种各品质组合性状间均无显著差异.3)产量与品质性状间的相关为芥酸、含油率与产量呈负相关,种子蛋白质、亚油酸、亚麻酸含量与产量呈正相关,硫苷、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、廿碳烯酸与产量的相关系数较小;产量与品质组合性状间的相关为饱和脂肪酸、脂蛋总量、不饱和指数、不饱和脂肪酸、18碳脂肪酸总量、不饱和脂肪酸总量与芥酸链脂肪酸总量之比、油酸与亚油酸之和与产量呈正相关,芥酸链脂肪酸总量与产量呈负相关.4)同一品种产量大幅度增加时,芥酸、含油量及芥酸链脂肪酸总量呈下降趋势,而种子蛋白质、亚油酸、亚麻酸、饱和脂肪酸、脂蛋总量、不饱和指数、不饱和脂肪酸总量、18碳脂肪酸总量、不饱和脂肪酸总量与芥酸链脂肪酸总量之比、油酸与亚油酸之和呈上升趋势.

    • 摘要: 运用五元二次正交旋转组合设计,研究播期、密度、施氮量、施磷量、施钾量对油研599和三北98产量的影响;再用计算机进行模拟寻优,获得三北98产量200 kg/667 m2以上的栽培措施方案为:播期9月10日,密度6 274株/667 m2,施氮量14.64kg/667 m2,施磷量8.92 kg/667 m2,施钾量17.66kg/667 m2,平均产量为217.74kg/667 m2.油研599产量200kg/667m2以上的栽培措施方案为:播期9月10日,密度6 676株/667 m2,施氮量15.6 kg/667 m2,施磷量8.91 kg/667 m2,施钾量16 kg/667 m2,平均产量为238.17 kg/667m2.高产保优栽培对油菜品质性状影响的表现为含油率降低,种子蛋白质含量、油酸含量、亚油酸含量、亚麻酸含量、不饱和脂肪酸总量、油酸与亚油酸之和、饱和脂肪酸总量、不饱和指数增加,油的稳定性变差.%Effect of sowing date,density,as well as the amount of N,P20s and K2 0 on yields of two hybrid rape varieties,"Youyan599" and "Sanbei98" were investigated by five factors orthogonal rotational regression combination design.The optimal cultivation techniques for "Sanbei98" were as follows:sowing on september10,6676 plant/667 m2,15.6 kg/667 m2 N,8.919 kg/667 m2 P2O5,17.66 kg/667 m2 K2O,by which average yield of 217.74 kg/667 m2 may be obtained.To gain the yield higher than 200 kg/667 m2 for "Youyan599",the technique combination with sowing on september 10,6274 plants/667 m2 density,14.64 kg/667 m2 N,8.907 kg/667 m2 P2O5,and 16 kg/667 m2 K2O should be adopted,from which average yield of 238.17 kg/667 m2 was harvested.The cultivation measures for higher yield and quality might reduce the content and the stability of oil,while the contents of seed protein,oleic acid,linoleic acid,linolenic acid,unsaturated fatty acid,oleic acid and linoleic acid,saturated fatty acid,index of unsaturated fatty acid were elevated.

    • 摘要: [ Objective] To investigate the effects of mitrogen fertilizer and MET on plant types and yield characters of high grade hybrid rape. [ Method] Sanbei 98 and Youyan 599 were used as the material to carry out different nitrogen application and MET spraying stage experiment. [ Result ] Spraying MET could decrease the plant height, the effective branch height and main rachis length, conversely increased the root base diameter, the 1st branches per plant, the 2nd branches per plant, the number of siliqua per plant, the seeds per siliqua and weight of 1 000 seeds. To spray MET at the bolting stages had the best effect. The effect of 300 kg/hm2 pure nitrogen and spraying MET was better than that of applying 225 kg/hm2 pure nitrogen and spraying MET. With the application of 300 kg/hm2 pure nitrogen, the spraying of MET at bolting stage, in comparison with the spraying of water, increased the number of 1st branches by 2.08 -2.21 , the number of second branches by 1.80-2.12, the plant siliquan by 50.30 - 102.50, the siliqua seeds by 1.11 - 1.21 .respectively. [Conclusion] The high grade hybrid rape had the best plant types and yield character when applying with 300 kg/ hm2 of pure nitrogen and spraying 200 mg/kg 15% MET WP bolting stage.%[目的]为了研究氮肥及不同时期喷施多效唑对优质杂交油菜株型性状及产量性状的影响.[方法]以三北98和油研599为材料,进行不同施氮量与不同时期喷施多效唑的试验.[结果]叶面喷施多效唑能降低株高、有效分枝高度、主花序长,增加根径粗、一次和二次分枝数、单株有效角果数、角粒数和千粒重.抽薹期喷施多效唑的效果较好.施纯氮量300 kg/hm2喷施多效唑比施纯氮量225kg/hm2喷施多效唑的效果较好.施纯氮量300 kg/hm2抽薹期喷施多效唑(N20A2)比喷施清水(N20A0)一次分枝数增加2.08~2.21个,二次分枝数增加1.80~2.12个,单株有效角果数增加50.30 ~ 102.50角,角粒数增加1.11 ~1.21粒.[结论]优质杂交油菜在施纯氮量300 kg/hm2并于抽薹期喷施浓度为200 mg/kg 15%多效唑可湿性粉剂的株型及产量性状最好.
