摘要:
目的:开发一款用于苹果公司移动设备操作系统(iPhone OS,iOS)的移动终端设备的膝关节置换手术方案调整软件,支持医生调整确认手术方案.方法:以Xcode为开发平台,Objective-C及C++为开发语言,开源三维图像显示引擎OSG为基础,模拟手术截骨,虚拟假体植入,调整截骨及假体植入位置优化手术方案.结果:利用该软件医生可随时随地管理病例信息,独立完成膝关节置换手术方案调整确认过程.结论:膝关节置换手术方案调整软件可使膝关节置换手术方案调整操作简单化,降低医生对工程师技术依赖,提高工作的灵活性,且方便医生向患者讲解病情,减少医患矛盾发生.%Objective: To develop a software that could adjust the surgical plan of total knee arthroplasty and could be used in the mobile terminal device of operating system (iPhone OS, iOS) of Apple Inc so as to conveniently adjust and confirm surgical plan for doctor. Methods: In the design, Xcode was used as platform, and Objective-C and C++were used as development language, and open source 3D image engine (OSG) was used as basis to simulate operation osteotomy and virtual prosthesis implantation, and adjust the implantation location of osteotomy and prosthesis, and optimize operation plan. Results: Using this software, doctor could whenever and wherever possible to check and manage patient's information, and independently complete the processes of adjustment and confirmation for the plan of total knee prosthesis arthroplasty surgery. Conclusion: This adjustment software can make it easiness in adjusting the surgical plan, and reduce the technological dependence on engineers, and enhance the flexibility of medical work, and provide convenience for doctor to explain situation of illness for patients, and decrease the occurrence of conflicts between doctors and patients.
