    • 摘要: 目的:分析并比较在Alberta卒中项目早期CT评分(ASPECT)的指导下对超时间窗急性前循环脑梗死患者进行改良式动脉溶栓与机械取栓治疗的效果。方法:回顾性分析近年来在中山市黄圃人民医院行急诊血管内介入治疗的120例超时间窗急性前循环脑梗死患者的病历资料。将其中在ASPECT的指导下行机械取栓治疗的80例患者纳入机械取栓组,将其中在ASPECT的指导下行改良式动脉溶栓治疗的40例患者纳入动脉溶栓组。比较两组患者的改良脑梗死溶栓前向血流(mTICI)分级、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、住院时间、治疗费用及改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分。结果:介入治疗完成即刻,机械取栓组患者的mTICI分级高于动脉溶栓组患者,P<0.05。术后1周,机械取栓组患者的NIHSS评分低于动脉溶栓组患者,P<0.05。机械取栓组患者的住院时间短于动脉溶栓组患者,其治疗费用高于动脉溶栓组患者,P<0.05。术后90 d,机械取栓组患者的mRS评分低于动脉溶栓组患者,P<0.05。结论:与在ASPECT的指导下对超时间窗急性前循环脑梗死患者进行改良式动脉溶栓治疗相比,对其实施机械取栓治疗的效果更好,其远期预后更为理想。

    • 摘要: The present study was conducted to determine the total hypericin contents of Hypericum triquetrifolium Turra.and Hypericum scabrum L.species which are naturally distributed in the flora of Siirt province,Turkey.Hypericin contents of Hypericum species grown in different geographical aspects(North,South,East,and West),and it was measured at different harvest times(full bloom-ing and post blooming period).In the current study,it has been determined that total hypericin content varies considerably according to aspects,plant developmental stages(ontogenetic variance),and species.According to species x aspect interaction,the highest total hypericin content was recorded from the west aspect(3.13 mg/g)in Hypericum triquetrifolium,while,the lowest hypericin content was also obtained from the west aspect(1.22 mg/g)in Hypericum scabrum.When the highest total hypericin content was analyzed according to aspect x species x harvest time interaction,the highest total hypericin content was produced from Hypericum triquetrifolium at the harvest of west aspect with 5.28 mg/g,while the minimum amount of hypericin was obtained from the same aspect in Hypericum scabrum with 0.50 mg/g.In species x harvest time interaction,the highest total hypericin content was obtained from the full bloom(3.10 mg/g)harvest in Hypericum triquetrifolium,while the lowest hypericin was obtained from the full bloom(1.26 mg/g)harvest in Hypericum scabrum.The data suggest that the aver-age total hypericin content was 2.26 mg/g in Hypericum triquetrifolium and 1.28 mg/g in Hypericum scabrum.

    • 摘要: There was the fuzzy influence of the multi-peak of the self-correlation function of BOC modulation signal on signal capture, and the traditional self-correlation edge peak elimination technology needs to calculate the cross-correlation function and autocorrelation function of BOC (n, n), which has the shortcoming of large computation amount and complex hardware and software implementation.To improve the self-correlation edge peak elimination technology, only the self-correlation function calculation is required to realize the capture of the positive cosine BOC Beidou signal.The analysis and experimental results show that the improved algorithm has low computation, and the ratio of the main peak and edge peak using the constructed function to capture the pseudo-code phase is obviously higher than that of the main peak and Benthen with direct capture pseudo-code phase, and it is easier to capture the Beidou weak signal accurately from 1 dB to 12 dB, which verifies the validity of the constructed function.%BOC调制信号自相关函数的多峰性会给信号捕获带来模糊影响, 而传统自相关边峰消除技术需要计算BOC (n, n) 的互相关函数和自相关函数, 存在计算量大, 软硬件实现复杂的缺点.本文对自相关边峰消除技术加以改进, 只需进行自相关函数计算就可以实现正余弦BOC北斗信号的捕获.分析和实验结果表明, 改进后的算法运算量低, 采用所构造的函数捕获伪码相位的主峰和边峰的比值明显高于采用直接捕获伪码相位的主峰和边峰的比值, 由1dB提升至12dB更容易准确捕获北斗微弱信号, 验证了所构造的函数的有效性.

    • 摘要: 目的 探讨ASPECT(Alberta卒中项目早期CT评分)及NIHSS评分(美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表)对早期血管内介入治疗急性缺血性脑卒中疗效的评估价值.方法 选取周口市中心医院2016-02—2017-04收治的接受早期血管内介入治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的患者100例,按照随机分配的方法分为研究组和对照组,研究组通过ASPECT及NIHSS评分评价患者的疾病发生情况并接受针对性的治疗,对照组接受传统的CT检查并作出判断.对比2组评估准确率、不同时间疾病复发情况,以及患者的满意度.结果 研究组评估准确率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组疾病复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 ASPECT及NIHSS评分对接受期血管内介入治疗的急性缺血性脑卒中患者进行疾病的评估和预后的判断能够明显优化治疗效果,提高治疗的满意度,降低复发率,患者的预后较好,可行性程度较高.

    • 摘要: Syenitic and mafic rocks in Mindif Complex (Far North of Cameroon) were surveyed and characterized to classify them, understand their formation history, and assess their economic interest. Syenitic bodies (hololeucocratic microsyenites;mesocratic aplitic quartz-syenite;leucocratic porphyritic quartz-biotite syenite, and leucocratic porphyritic biotite-syenite) are silica-oversaturated to silica-saturated, alkaline, and metaluminous. Hololeucocratic microsyenites are structural oriented rocks, cooled in shallow depth from low trace and REE dry residual alkaline melts. Mesocratic aplitic quartz-syenite also crystallized in shallow depth from a much Ba-rich less dry residual melt. Leucocratic porphyritic quartz-biotite and biotite syenitic stocks represent two different rock types cooled from hydrous-rich melts in deep seated environments. The Mindif syenites probably crystallized in crustal source magmas (with important alkali feldspar accumulation) from partial melting of pre-existing igneous protoliths. Medium to coarse-grained-peraluminous granite found at the edge of pink microsyenitic dykes (in contact with granite host), is probably a crystallized product from magmatic mixture between the intrusive syenitic melt and a melt from partial fusion of the granite host rock. Mafic igneous rocks in Mindif are peridotgabbro and gabbro with different characteristics. Peridotgabbro, alkaline, holomelanocratic, medium-grained and ultrabasic, is an REE and incompatible elements depleted rock crystallized in shallow depth from a more evolved mantle source magma with plagioclase accumulation. Tholeiitic gabbro, melanocratic, and also medium-grained, was cooled in shallow depth, from a low-K and slightly LILE-enrichment magma probably originated from partial melting ultradepleted mantle source in sub-duction environment. Syenites and peridotgabbro with their high aluminum content (up to 18.5 wt%) greater than that of many parent rocks of lateritic bauxite in Cameroon, can be good parent rocks for bauxite-rich soils if found in a plateau topography and hot-humid tropical climate. The geochemical features of Mindif syenites are close to that of some syenites mined and used as raw materials in ceramic and glass industries. This similarity shows that these syenites are good for glass and ceramic manufacture.

    • 摘要: Results from a series of studies on the stream-wise vibration of a circular cylinder verifying Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers Standard S012-1998, Guideline for Evaluation of Flow-induced Vibration of a Cylindrical Structure in a Pipe, are summarized and discussed in this paper. Experiments were carried out in a water tunnel and in a wind tunnel using a two-dimensional cylinder model elastically supported at both ends of the cylinder and a cantilevered cylinder model with a finite span length that was elastically supported at one end. These cylinder models were allowed to vibrate with one degree of freedom in the stream-wise direction. In addition, we adopted a cantilevered cylinder model that vibrated with two degrees of freedom in both the stream-wise and cross-flow directions under the same vibration conditions as an actual thermocouple well. The value of the Scruton number (structural damping parameter) was changed over a wide range, so as to evaluate the value of the critical Scruton number that suppressed vibration of the cylinder. For the two-dimensional cylinder, two different types of stream-wise excitations appeared in the reduced velocity range of approximately half of the resonance-reduced velocity. For the stream-wise vibration in the first excitation region, due to a symmetric vortex flow, the response amplitudes were sensitive to the Scruton number, while the shedding frequency of alternating vortex flow was locked-in to half of the Strouhal number of vibrating frequency of a cylinder in the second excitation region. In addition, the effects of the aspect ratio of a cantilevered cylinder on the flow-induced vibration characteristics were clarified and compared with the results of a two-dimensional cylinder. When a cantilevered circular cylinder with a finite length vibrates with one degree of freedom in the stream-wise di-rection, it is found that acylinder with a small aspect ratio has a single excitation region, whereas a cylinder with a large aspect ratio has two excitation regions. Furthermore, the vibration mechanism of a symmetric vortex flow was investigated by installing a splitter plate in the wake to prevent shedding of alternating vortices. The vibration amplitude of acylinder with a splitter plate increased surprisingly more than the amplitude of a cylinder without a splitter plate. For a cantilevered cylinder vibrating with two degrees of freedom, the Lissajous figure of vibration of the first excitation region shows the trajectories of elongated elliptical shapes, and in the second excitation region, the Lissajous trajectories draw a figure “8”. The results and information from these experimental studies proved that Standard S012-1998 provides sufficient design methods for suppressing hazardous vibrations of cylinders in liquid flows.

    • 摘要: The shape of the fusion zone after weld in terms of its width-to-depth ratio is known as the aspect ratio, large aspect ratios in welded joints usually results in cracks formation during solidification of the weld;it also results in tensile residual stresses at the fusion zone. In this study, central composite design matrix was employed using Design Expert 7.01 software to optimize the aspect ratio of mild steel welded joint. A total of 20 sets of experiments were produced;the weld specimen was mild steel plate measuring 60 mm × 40 mm × 10 mm. TIG welding machine with 100% Argon Shielding Gas was used for this experiment and at the end of the experiment, an optimum weld aspect ratio of 0.646 was achieved using current of 140 amp, voltage of 25 volt and gas flow rate of 15 L/min. This value of 0.646 is expected to contain the minimum adequate molten metal just enough to make the desired bead penetration to form good aspect ratio at a minimum cost with appropriate weld quality and productivity. This would help minimize the formation of cracks after weld.
