摘要

Supplier location is a key problem of e-Commerce order processing. It is defined as how to locate suppliers during confirming the logistics distribution scheme of e-Commerce order according to customers' order information and logistics distribution information that are from e-Commerce web. Applying the theories of Artificial Intelligence and Knowledge Engineering, a knowledge-based supplier location system is developed in this paper. First of all, based on the detailed analysis of supplier location, a knowledge-based tree-like representation for supplier location is presented. Then, the processing principle of the supplier location system is proposed and a knowledge-based system structure is put forward. Moreover, a flow of the knowledge-based supplier location system in e-Commerce order processing is designed and the system is realized in a case. It is very beneficial to solve the problems of the real-time processing of e-Commerce orders and to carry out the real-time control of logistics distribution under e-Commerce circumstance.
