The purpose of this research is to investigate the reasons why Self-realization is needed in individual's career design and the reason why organizations need to support the self-realization for individual. According to Edgar H. Schein, career means not only its definition in the dictionary but also the expression of life by individual through working. In these days, career design by individuals is insisted and organizations accept the importance of creativity to break through a slump. The question is that these two things are highly related. One of publications by Toshihiro Kanai proposes that importance of carrier design by individual and also career meta-design by organization. By this point of view, this research is discussed about what important things among the people of their work are and how we get the better relationships between individuals and organization. To get outcomes we analyze the problems through interviewing people who have experience effacing conflict.
