摘要

In order to provide an effective decision assistance for food safety management department, this paper proposes a new evaluation model for food safety based on fuzzy hierarchical theory. During evaluating index calculation, fuzzy mathematics is used to calculate risk index of corresponding variety hazards and integrate comprehensive index of safety. The implementation results show that provided method is effective.
