摘要

Team work plays an important role in the success of any organization. The performance of a team in an organization is highly dependent on the size of the team. Identifying and evaluating the performance of an individual, especially when the size of a team is large has always been a challenging task to organizations. This paper proposes as well as implements a cost effective and user friendly information system that would identify the top and bottom performers of a larger team. Further the system will also evaluate and classify the overall performance level of the entire team. The proposed system has been implemented using MATLAB.
