摘要

This paper presents a conceptual framework of the factors affecting to implement of maritime education and training system and the systematic, in-depth literature review indicated adoption factors that could have impacts. The aim of this study was achieved by identifying factors that affect to adopt maritime education and training system. The findings could assist in creating an awareness of the factors that incorporated at academic institutions and in this way contributes to the development of programs designed to address the relevant issues.
