摘要

We present RAPID, short for Rapid Analysis of Peptide IDentifications, a cross-platform application for the visualization of peptide ion intensities from multiple charge states in both chromatographic and m/z dimensions from mass spectrometric data. RAPID is a versatile tool for exploring LC-MS peptide data. Several physical properties of peptides can be used to access the accuracy of peptide identifications and exclude erroneous peptide candidates in quantitative experiments using labels such as cICAT or ~(18)O.
